The first thing I thought of when going through the brief was a couple cartoon movie classics that I adored when I was younger, The Brave Little Toaster and Beauty and the Beast. I thought the personified objects in both these animations would be good to look at in terms of inspiration and to give me a starting point in how to approach the assignment.
Each character has a distinct personality which is showed through it's movements and how it reacts to situations. Movement is key to this assignment and is something I need to research and explore to a large extent. All in all I am very excited for this project and can't wait to get started!
