Brief Focus

Exploring digital modelling for games and the pipeline to get assets and animation cycles into a game environment. 

Interest areas -
  • Best programs to use for modelling game characters
    • How to effectively transfer details on models
    • Process to get a character model into a game design software
    • Basic rig needed and the requirements for animation in games
    • Understanding the basic coding principles and pipeline 

    May need to focus this down more but want my initial research to help influence this. 


    There are two possible routes I could take this brief - 

    Focusing on detailed modelling with basic character cycles to show movement
    OR
    Creating basic character model and exploring more exaggerated and various animation cycles
